All of our cupcakes have a distinct American flavour and taste authentic because they're made by an American using ingredients from the USA!

Flavours of cupcakes and frostings are also interchangeable so please don’t hesitate to ask us if there is something you like that isn’t listed above or on our menu.

An example of flavours include:

• Dark chocolate cake - rich and moist chocolate sponge cake made from an authentic amercian recipe topped with the flavour frosting of your choice.
• Vanilla sponge cake - a sweeter and fluffier alternative to your ordinary victoria sponge cake made with quality vanilla extracts and topped with any flavour buttercream or frosting.
• Rainbow sponge - a slight variation on our vanilla cupcakes made to match the colour(s) of your choice (see here)
• Lemon cake - lemon flavour sponge cake drizzled with a homemade lemon syrup for a real zesty kick!
• Red Velvet - a firm favourite in New York these are red cocoa flavoured cupcakes topped with a vanilla flavoured cream cheese frosting.
